    quick tool address error

    why does the quick tool address say "billing address"?  that should not be there...

    You can get rid of this by injecting the following CSS code.  Let us know if you need further assistance with this!

    thanks but that does not help me...  I want to know  why was this change made to say billing address?

     

    this change has messed up a lot  of my forms ( i am not even sure how many) where i have an address field.   

     

    I dont understand why you would do this.  please explain the rational behind so i can understand.

    are you saying a ticket has been issued to fix this problem?

     

    because from what i see....  there is no improvement of form builder by making every address a "billing address"   also the font for "billing address" doesnt even match the text at this other form i made...

    Its quite odd that, I cant replicate the problem on a new form. 

    Is this happening or has it happened to all your forms? 

    Perhaps you could clone the form, delete the field & try recreating it?

    it just started happening within the last 48 hrs.   it seems to be on all my forms with addresses.

    i dont think cloning will work.  i just test by create new form and add address and same thing happen  http://form.jotformpro.com/form/22836305209956

     

    also.  i did recently make a form with a lot of conditions but i dont think that could effect other form.  here is that form i recently made.

    No, I do now see it happening in my own forms.

    I have routed a ticket to our developers to get it sorted out.

    The "Billing Address" problem on address fields are now fixed. 

    You don't need the CSS inject quick fix any more.

    We are really sorry about this. We are about to release a new payment integration (Stripe) and a bug in that integration resulted in this problem.
