I was overbilled in January: on the Bronze plan which is $19 per month, but I was charged $190 on January 2nd.

    I was on the Bronze plan which is $19 per month, but I was charged $190 on January 2nd. I want to cancel, and I want a refund.

    There is only one subscription for your account username "zarmstrong", which is the yearly plan. There isn't any other monthly subscriptions. Do you have the subscription ID of the monthly subscription?

    Monthly plans are the only thing I see as options in your pricing tab. Please cancel my subscription and refund the payment made last month.

    Please note that there isn't any other payment, besides the Bronze yearly plan that was purchased back in Dec 30, 2017. So, we have cancelled your yearly plan as requested, and provided you a prorated refund for $169.67. Your account username "zarmstrong" is now back on free status.
