I have a multi-use, multi-venue facility that needs to have a way to check if a space is being used at a specific time.
Right now, I'm using Date Reservation to reserve the dates, but since I have multiple spaces, I'm thinking I need to create multiple date reservation widgets (one for each space) - which is going to bog down my form. What I'd like to try and do is this:
If a space (or spaces) is/are selected, is it available on x date at x time? If yes, you can select the space. If no, you cannot.
Is it easier to just create a series of questions and use if/then statements, or would it be better to figure it out on the back end once I've received all the information from people?
I hope this makes sense, I don't think it does though. Thanks in advance!

We do have a Bookings app that allows you to add a calendar functionality to your Datetime fields. It will also let the users know if the slot is available or not. Here's the link: http://bookings.jotform.io/
You might also want to check the Appointment Slots widget, Inventory widget or Ticket Purchases widget. Here's a guide on How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form.
Hope that helps. If this is not what you are looking for, let us know so that we can further check. Thank you.
