How to add a field a the end of a muliple choice question option?

In Qualtrics, I can use a multiple choice question and add a text field at the end of the choices for the respondent to add more information.  How can I do that in Jotform?

If yes, you can enable the Display Other Option and add the text you want. 

Unfortunately, there's no option in the Multiple Choice questions to add a text box at the end of each choice.
