JotForm Cards: Get Price From option is not working in Stripe payment integration

Considering using the new Cards format for a new client and trying to recreate form 80216479484161 in Cards Form 80374859784171.

All is fine until the Stripe integration where the User Defined amount which worked with the original form doesn't appear to react the same way with the Card version. Also, it appears the 'Payment Box Sub Label' is not transferring correctly to the Card version.

Please advise if there is a different approach to the payment integration.

Upon testing, it seems that this is not possible yet with the Stripe payment integration. Although I was able to make it work in PayPal using Collect Donations in the Card forms.

I will further check this one and I will let you know once I have an update.

In regards to the Payment Box Sub Label, unfortunately, it is not yet supported in Card Forms.

We're sorry for the inconveniences. You can disable predefined options from Payment Wizard now and continue to use 'Get Price From' feature.
