If a customer enters their contact information and it is the same as their shipping information, would they be able to check a box that completes it for them?

Currently, the auto-complete box in the form builder doesn't work in that manner. It requires the form's creator (you) to enter specific strings (words, if you will) such that if end users were to start entering strings that match those entries, the box would hint at what they want to enter. As an example, start entering the words elephant, tiger, fox, jaguar or lion into this form's text box labeled "Favourite Animal". You'll notice that as soon as the first letter entered matches one of the letters in those animals' names, the box will suggest an entry. At that stage, just hitting [enter] will be sufficient.
However, the functionality you want is possible but a copy of the form's source would have to be embedded into a web page and a script (similar to this) added to the said page, as described in this fairly long user guide. If after reading the guide, you feel the need for assistance, please let us know and we'd be glad to help. (There are actually a couple of alternatives to that described in the guide, neither of which involves altering the form's code in any way but a script would still be needed. In other words, neither alternative requires the insertion of an onclick event handler into the input tag of each check box which is to have copying functionality.)
