How to get rid of the phone icon?

is there a way to remove the phone icon in cards?

You can remove that icon in the Welcome Image Properties. Here's how:

In the Form Builder, click the "Edit Welcome Page" button. After that, click the "Phone icon" and then click the "Remove Logo" button. Here's a screen capture:
