My conditional logic to copy full name field based on Age result is not working

Hi,

I have a field (Parent/Guardian) that is updated based upon a user's age. The Parent Guardian field is populated with the user name if the Player Division is 'Senior'. Manual input is expected if the user is not a 'Senior' player division.

The Parent/Guardian field remains hidden if the user is 'Senior'.

If the player division is junior the Parent Guardian field is not updated and requires manual input. The field does not save the manual input for the Parent/Guardian field if the user is under age. (ie: 15 and under, 17 and under - anything but 'Senior')

Could you please confirm how saving the manual input for Parent/Guardian can be fixed?

I think you have fixed this already. I submitted the form, and see that my name is copied to the Parent/Guardian field.

 I see you tested a Senior player. 

The fault is when you register a player =< 17.

The issues is the update field function does not allow manual input to override the value in the field.

I have implemented a workaround. I created an additional hidden field and created two update rules:

I will then use InvClientName as the field source for the field I need in Integromat.

Is there is a bug here?

It may have had a glitch which may have been resolved. But currently, upon reviewing your conditions, I do not see any a bug or a glitch as every condition in your form is following the logic to what it should do upon a matching of a condition and its settings.

But if you can find any further issues with your form, please let us know.
