Users can't access the form which was setup in the new cards format using a mobile phones

     Im reeiving feedback that mobile phones users can't access the form which was setup in the new cards format.

    Our Card Forms are mobile responsive. I tested your form with different mobile phones and the form is responsive and working properly.

    Which mobile phones are using the users that reported this issue? Is the form now shown at all or is there some error message?
