Cards: Add an option to change the date format of the default Date Field

How do I change the date format with the new card option so that it reads DD/MM/YYYY instead of YYYY/MM/DD?

The default DATE field on JotForm Cards doesn't have an option to change the date format.

So, I elevated your thread as a feature request. Please keep in mind that there's no assurance whether this will be implemented. It will highly depend on the viability of the feature, the amount of similar requests we get, along with the workload of our Developers.

We can't give you any timeframe but we'll keep you apprised on this same thread when there's an update.

For the meantime, will an alternative widget suffice? Please have a look at the DATE PICKER WIDGET and see if that will fit your needs. This widget has an option to change the date format to YYYY/MM//DD. There are other date-related widgets to choose from so feel free to fiddle around with them.

We just updated our date picker for the card forms, you can specify the date format and the separator character from the form builder now.
