1. Are you getting any error or prompted to upload your encrypted key?
2. Is this happening when you are on the submissions page?
3. Are you trying to download it in Excel, CSV or PDF format? If so, which of those formats are you having problem with?
4. Please also share the form ID or form URL in question.
5. Provide some screenshots or samples to show the issue.
