The form I built using the Paypal Pro template didn't work

    I created a form to collect donations for a cause we sponsor and when I tried to use it to test it out it didn't work

    When you say the form didn't work, you mean you get an error when trying to send payment? You are using Paypal Pro, is that happening when you choose Credit Card or Paypal? Please, let us know us how we can replicate it or send us a screenshot if you get an error message.

    Yes I got an error when trying to send a payment.   


    Authentication/Authorization Failed

    You do not have permission to make this API call

    It seems that the PayPal Pro field is not currently connected to the PayPal. Please add your PayPal Pro credentials and then click on the Continue button to save the changes.

    Please also note that the PayPal Pro is a paid PayPal service. So, you will need to have a monthly subscription with PayPal to be able to use it.
