Unique QR Code Based on Multiple Field Entries

    Hi!

We need to issue QR codes unique to each submission. The QR code needs to contain the name, ID number, number of tickets, and (if applicable) the guest name. I found this thread and this other thread, but it only offered a solution for one field. How would I manipulate this code to generate additional data and how would it be formatted when scanned?

Is there a better method or widget? I've tried the three QR code widgets from the shop and found them very limiting in terms of data input.

    Thanks in advance!

Adding many fields to the QR Code is not possible however I have found a work around on the same. First we will create one field that will get copy of all data that is entered in different fields, we will then use this field in the QR Code widget.

Checking on your form I see one field "RSVP Summary" which works as I have described above. Do you need the above to function differently?

Also below is how the QR Code displays after scanning the code.
