Cannot get form to integrate with Google Spreadsheet.

I have tried several times to get it to pull a spreadsheet but it just says "this may take a while" and that it's integrating. But it does that ALL day and no spreadsheet - HELP!!

I can see you are using a collaboration link, I have been testing using the same on my end and I can integrate the form with Google  Spreadsheet. 

I would recommend you to try using incognito mode so you load a fresh copy of the site, if the problem persists, you may ask the form's owner to add you as sub user, the steps are described on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
