How can I add a link to the form to allow users to download a file?

I am wondering if I am able to upload a form to a jotform sign up that users can download themselves.

File download links can be added to forms, but the file would need to be hosted elsewhere like Dropbox or Google Drive.  Once you have your download URL, here is how to add the URL to your form:
