I occasionally have orders coming into Outlook but not Jotform. We reply to every order to acknowledge them and establish the pickup date. This is embarrassing because we're telling our customers we have their order but it never gets picked. What gives?

That form belongs to the account with the username TheShrimpConnection.
Are you saying that you are receiving the email notifications but you cannot find the submissions on the submission page? Did you check from that account?
