Hi There,
We are looking into the feature of sub-users in jotform and noticed that the new 2018 pricing pages do not include this feature in the plan descriptions. Is this feature still available under the new plans and if so, what is the number of sub-users given for each account type?
Lastly, if we need more sub-users beyond what the selected plan allows can we purchase them? If so, what would the price be?

You can check the number sub-account users for each plan on the billing page of your account.
If you need more sub-account users, you will have to upgrade the account to a higher plan. The sub-account users limits are fixed and it is not possible to purchase additional number of sub-account users for any plan.

Ok thank you. I did not see this page, only the regular pricing page which doesn't include that line.
Is sub-account users a feature that is being phased out? Or is it still part of the core offering and will thus be around for the next few years?

Sub-account feature is not being phased out and will be part of the plans.
There is no update on our backend if the option of sub-account would be removed thus will be part of the plan for years to come.
