How can I switch my old forms to card forms?

i am intrigued by your new cards you have just launched. I currently use jot form for my clients to fill out paperwork. Is there a easy way that I can transfer my current forms to cards or do I need to recreate them from scratch? 

And are the cards free as well or is that only with a paid subscription?

It's possible to switch existing forms to cards, you only need to go to the settings tab, form settings section, click on the show more button and scroll down until the option "Form layout" where you need to select "Single question in one page": 

There is not any additional charge for card forms, you may use it even on a free account.
