Individual Form Submission Limit - THANKS JOTFORM!

Asked by webminister on October 10, 2012 at 08:17 PM

Thank you Jotform Developers and Management!!!!

By adding the "individual form submission limit", I don't have to worry about overbooking an event or acitvity. I no longer have to refund the registration fees... I don't have to be chained to the computer near the end of a registration process.

I don't have to miss another 10 minutes of a Carolina Panther's game to remove an online form. True story... I had to remove a form from a website using my iphone while at Bank of America stadium while I was at the Panthers and Saints game...

    I'm confused.

Does the Limit feature limit the total number of submissions? Or does it limit the total number of submissions for one person?

For example, if I place a limit of 5, does that mean the form can only be submitted 5 times total (the same person can submit 5 times).

Or does it mean only 5 unique people can submit it?

I want to allow unlimited submissions...but I only want the form to be completed one time per person.

The limit feature is for the total number of submissions, not per person. If you want to establish unique submissions, please check this guide
