I upgraded my plan, when will my forms be enabled on my website?

My form reached its quota and you disabled it - I upgraded. When will you enable it on my website?

The form I created is a registration form for a piano competition. The forms will be trickling in over the next few months and the maximum registration for the competition is only 32. Can you have a representative call me to discuss pricing, please.
