Why does my Jotform go through 2 times and charge cards 2 times when people submit?

    They probably clicked the submit button Twice. To prevent this from happening, you can add a Captcha widget to ensure and prevent multiple Submission.

    You can also enable Unique Submission and select any of the two options so that they can only submit once on that form, unless they change their IP or cleared their Web browser's Cookies.
