Is this new? We have been using JotForm for a few years with no problem and now I got a notice saying it will be disabled tomorrow, and we only get 1 free payment per month. Is this right? I will quickly have to look for new options if this is the case. Please let me know what's going on, and why this changed.

Yes we have recently introduced new payment submission limits. On the FREE plan you are limited to one payment transaction per month. If you go over that your forms will be scheduled to become disabled.
In this case you would need to wait until the 1st day of next month for the limits to reset to zero. Or you could upgrade to any paid plan with a higher payment submission limit.
