There was some confusion about the user permissions on the "sub-account" role. I purchased the upgrade on my account (eyb0311), but in reality I only need view access as the one who is responsible for creating forms is the sub-account "katmeow" linked to my account. We just figured this out when she reached her limit, so now we need to know if there is a way to have the forms created on katmeow moved/merged to eyb0311 account or can we just have the upgraded service switched to that account?

The account katmeow has not reached its limits yet. Also, I cannot find an account with the username eyb0311, but I think you're referring to your account eybrown0311 which is indeed on bronze status.
Now, we cannot transfer the subscription, but we can indeed transfer the forms from one account to another; however, for security purposes we will need to get the transference request from the form's owner account.
