I would like the format of the submission form to be edited.

    Is it possible to change the format of the submission form?

    I have dynamic textbox that I use but it does not come out with lines separating each entree as seen below.1518116082format 1 Screenshot 10

    I would like it to have lines like the one below. The Matrix Dynamique does this for the submission.

    Is there a way to edit this?

    It's possible to customize the PDF report layout as explained on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report 

    However, it's not possible to perform the customization you're looking for, the text from the widget will be displayed on separated lines only. 

    If you want, we may forward this thread to our second level as feature request, although we cannot provide an ETA or ensure this will be implemented, we would keep you updated via this thread.
