    Dear Jotform

I wonder if you can help me with a query.

A member of my team set up and account with you and we pay the 19$ a month for the service which is great.

The employee put the account under their own credit card and name which we now wish to change as this individual is leaving us.

The employee doesn't want to share log in details as the account has his own credit card information included and we do not want to share anyone else's to replace his.

Is there a way he can transfer this account or can you help plug in a temporary arrangement where he can delete his c.c details, share the login with us and then we update the account with another c.c?

We want to retain the account and the content but update the c.c details without any either party seeing this information..

    Jo

This is easily done through the billing page, you can go there and change the credit card: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/

The button is just below the plans listed.

But, please be mindful that this depends on which payment method is used.

For example, it is not possible with PayPal, in that case, you will have to go to PayPal and cancel the subscription, so you could buy a new one.

But we can tell more if you provide the username of the mentioned account.

    Thank you!

Nik thanks just finding out the user name but to be sure the account can be saved without any c.c info enclosed?

The current owner doesn't want us to see his details c.c details so if he deleted these and shares the log in details to us we can add our new c.c details?

Yes, it's possible to cancel the current subscription on the account, this will remove the current credit card number tied to the account, the account's owner may also contact us so we can help him cancelling the subscription and setting the account back to free.

Once on free status, you will be able to upgrade again using your own payment info.
