We have a customer who would like several different forms on their website. Each form would need to go to a different email address in their organization. Is that possible using Jotform? Or would all the forms for a single account need to go to the same email?

Yes, the email notifications can be sent to different addresses, by default the email notifications will be sent to the address set up on the JotForm account, but it can be changed following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Find-and-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email
