How come my Dynamic Dropdown widget isn't updating

When I try to make changes in the Dynamic Dropdown widget, nothing happens.

I failed to reproduce this on your form. I managed to click the UPDATE WIDGET button on your DYNAMIC DROPDOWN widgets.

Are you still experiencing the issue? You have a couple of widgets on your form - Is this happening on all of them or just a select few? If so, can you please point us to the field that's showing this behavior?
