Suspension of account

    I sent an earlier email as my account is suspended - it is an application form for a film mentorship programme.

    Reading the forum it seems JotForm may have suspended my account because it thinks I am phishing as one question asked for examples of past audio visual work and to supply login/password details. I can change this if my account can be reinstated.

    It seems like the fields were removed since my colleague did not find anything that violates our terms and your account should be active now. 

    Please post any follow up reply on that thread, discussing one matter per thread helps us to assist you better.
