I am missing the admin portion of a Jotform

I can see and use this form that we created. But I can not see it in the admin area?

I have checked the JotForm provided and see that it is associated with a different account nislandnissan. In order to manage the form, it is required to login to the form associated account or the form is required to be shared to your account by the form owner.

Can you tell which email the account is associated with.

The employee that set it up for our company is no longer with the firm... I need to track down the email address so we can access.
