I have created my first form adapting one of the usable templates. I have published it and copied the link to a created short cut on my desktop to test the use. It comes back as form does not exist.
I also test it in the preview mode but same happens.
What am I doing wrong?

It seems that you have not logged into your account for long time that changed the status to dormant and so the error message being displayed. We have now activated your account. You should be able to view the form normally. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
