I originally set up my account using my own email. This was many months ago. I was setting up a registration for a family reunion. I linked it to our facebook page and now that the date is coming closer, I am trying to access my account to see if anyone has registered. In addition, I need to add additional questions on my registration form. However, I can't access my account. I have tried every combination of possible passwords I might have used, but my account is not found. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org. I set up a second account under my husband's email in anticipation that I will have to redo the entire survey but I'd like to not have to if possible as I don't know if anyone has already used the link and that data will be lost to me. I am almost positive I set the page up under my name. The title was 39th Estus J. Johnson Family Reunion. If any information was submitted I will need it. Help please!Page URL:

You did not create an account before creating the form you provided. The form was created in a guest_72668396769076 account. I also checked and the account with an email address email@example.com does not exist.
I moved the form you created in a guest account to your account tdawg0924. You can now see the submissions you received and edit your form.
