There were bugs with Jotform that we couldn't press the submissions to see the requests, so Jotfrom support emails the requests to us. We thought it's for temporary time till the bugs were fixed. But still receive the requests emails which are no longer necessary after the bugs were fixed. Please kindly stop emailing the jotform requests , thanks.

I couldn't find any related thread/email to such setup.
Could you please tell us more about what is actually configured for you? From the image you provided, those look like standard Notifications.
We'll wait for your response.
