Thank you page with cards

Hi Guys,  I want to make sure that I capture the first two questions on the form:  Email, and Name even if other fields are not completed. 

Before I used to have two forms and using thank you page URL I would forward the info from the first form to the second one.  Looks like I cant do it with cards since I cant find thank you page settings. 

Is there an option to separate the form, and make sure I get at least partial enters, or at this point this is "all or nothing" only.

To make sure that you get the Email and Name you need to make those fields Required.

To make the fields required please click on the Gear Icon and then click General, Locate the Required field and enable the field.

The Thank you page can be found on the bottom of the page.  You can click on the Edit Thank you page to edit that page. 

You can mark as required the fields you want to retrieve for sure, and other fields if they aren't marked as required people can submit without filling them.
