Can I see who I have email a JOT form to?

    I'm not sure if I understood your question correctly, but if you want to know who you sent an URL link of your form to, you should check your emails in folder "Sent". 

    But in case you are wondering which emails do receive notifications about your form, you can check your forms Settings > Emails, like shown below:
