Billing: Payment method declined

    Hello 

    I received an email to say that my monthly subscription had been declined.  I wanted to check if this was correct.  If so I would like to check the bank details that you have.

    I have a business account so it should not have declined.

    How can I do this.

    Its possible that your card has expired. You can update your credit card.
