    Hi,

Unfortunately this is not possible, JotForm is designed for individual user account so their is no option for having multi access/editors. If you are looking into sharing your form data with others you can do so using the Reports feature.

Hope you find this information useful, if you have further clarifications let us know.

    Thanks for using JotForm!

Ok but more than one person can surely be looking at my account.  For example, say I have 4 registration pages set up and I am looking at one, I can give my colleague the login details to look at submissions for another event?

Also I have just noticed that when you do a quesiton that requires more than one answer when you go to reports it put all i one collum rather than separating them.  is there a way that you can keep the quetion the same but in the reporting ahve them in separate colums.

    E.g.

    Thursday 11 October

    Friday 12 October

    Sat 13 October

When they pivk mor than one on the excel spreadsheet its all in one cell?

    Regards,

    Sue

Hello Sue.  If you wish for someone to access forms to edit them, you should provide them your access information.  Is there a specific detail for the reason for someone else to access your forms?

And yes, the answers go under one column because the multiple answers come from a single question.  If you wish to have one answer to appear on a separate column, you will need to have one question for each answer.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
