How can I disable customers from changing the value in the payment fields?

Good Day, 

On the registration form used for kickball, the payment fields allows customers to change the value. This is not suppose to happen. This is the same form I used last kickball season and this wasn't a problem. 

Can some please provide instructions on how to disable changes to the payment field.
