Requirments: Can we use login forms and register data to our own server?

I like your forms and i wan to use your application for our service record and service calls. Silver plan seems much more enough for us.

Can we run your application our own server and with user name and password for the dedicated users?

Can we run your application our own server and with user name and password for the dedicated users?

Unfortunately not. According to our terms of use it is forbidden to collect usernames/passwords.

"Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials."

This is due to users taking advantage of our service, making phishing forms.

It is also not possible to run the software on your own server. That's because our system is an online service. And isn't designed to work in that way.

May I suggest you try alternative software to suit your requirements better?

We will not collect any credit card data from our clients, i wan to use this forms for our customers field service and parts request but due security reasons we prefer to keep all these data in our own servers.

I will be appreciated if you can suggest alternative solutions.

My plan is the give user name and password to out clients to access these forms online, so only dedicated persons can access to forms to fill. And i have to make marking that case closed or open so i can follow up current situation.

I am not quite sure about the alternatives you might use. You may use a WordPress website, where users can sign up and create their username. And order the parts from your website.

You can store your data on your server. I think this is a solution for you.
