I am not receiving confirmation emails for some forms, which is a big issue. Currently I have 16 uploads, of which 14 I received an email confirmation. I have also tried amending and resubmitting one of the forms that I didn't get an email for and still no confirmation. Can you help - these submissions are orders and I cannot afford to miss any!
EDIT! Fixed the problem myself. Some emails were being flagged as spam for whatever reason on arrival at the server - disabled Spam Assassin and all working now

We are glad to hear that you were able to get thigs to work!
To avoid this in the future, please whitelist our Jotmails ip addresses or ask your email service provider to do it for you.
Also, a good suggestion would be to set the sender address firstname.lastname@example.org on your form notifications.
