Hello! We recently released a survey to our community and are now feeling stuck when it comes to compiling the data. We know we can save everything to an excel file and view the answers listed that way, but we would prefer to be able to also see the data compiled by the number of people that replied with each answer option. We read up a bit on "Adding calculation values to jotforms survey" but this seems confusing and I am concerned it may not even give us exactly what we are looking for. Is it possible to hire a jotforms employee to compile the data for us?

We can assist you in our support forum regarding your survey data compilation.
One possible approach to compile your form data could be to use Visual Report. It can
create percentage reports and charts from your checkbox/radio/dropdown questions.
To create a Visual Report for a form:
1. Login to JotForm
2. On "My Forms" page select your form and then click "Reports"
3. Select "Visual Report Builder" from the option.
