Regarding opt. 2, when you say : "You do not need to update the code on your website every time you change something in on your FORM BUILDER." What does that mean exactly? I need to change the reCAPTCHA version on my form. Don't I then need to remove the old form from my site and add the new one?

You do not need to update the code on your website every time you change something in on your FORM BUILDER.

That line means you won't need to re-deploy the codes if you will be using the default embed method (the one in javascript).

Any changes you do on your form will automatically reflect on the embedded form on your website just by reloading/refreshing the page.

The only time you need to re-deploy your embed codes is when you're using the FULL SOURCE embed method.
