I upgraded last night, got a confirmation that it was successful. Then I got another email saying it was pending. And now when I check my account settings, it says I'm on the free plan still. Please tell me what's going on? I am going to hit my limit really fast and people are going to get stuck.

As of this writing, your account is on Premium status. Our records show email notifications from our payment gateway stating that the upgrade process was successful.
Kindly log out your account, restart your browser, then log back in to see the changes on your dashboard.

Phew. Thanks for the quick reply. I upgraded last night using a different computer so when I came back to this one, it said "free plan" even after refreshing the page. Weird. I logged out, logged back in, and now it's all good.

If the computer you're currently using was logged in to your JotForm account (while it was still in free status) the last time you left it, that may be the reason why it still appeared as not upgraded.
It's also good to know that your issue has already been resolved.
