I have created an online questionnaire using JotForm. However, when my potential clients complete this questionnaire online and submit to me, I am not receiving notification of client submissions via email. Why? My account's email address is valid.

I am assuming you're referring to this form: https://www.jotform.com/71935705084157
If yes, I checked the email recipient (omillbro@gmail.com) and it is not on our bounce list. I checked our mail logs and I can see that emails are being sent properly. Here's a screenshot:
Please check your spam folder and if you see JotForm emails, mark it as not spam.
I did a test submission to your form, let us know if you receive it.
