How can I customize Drop Down answers to be unique per column? Under "Other" I want to be able to use more than just "yes" or "no".

Unfortunately you can not set the Dropdown option in the Input Table field with unique answer per column.

All options listed in the Dropdown options will also be the same with every other column/rows.

To create a customizable Matrix Field. I suggest using Configurable List instead.
