I have paid to keep my plan open. Where are all of my form submissions?

It took me a few days before I could re-up my subscription, now all of the submissions that I had are gone. Please tell me there is a way to retrieve them

I checked your account and it says here you have at least 150 total submissions in your account. May we have the form id of the form with missing submissions, so we can check it out?
