why is only one form being allowed to be submitted? I have just created a form and upgraded my membership and it will not allow for me to submit any more forms.

You enabled the UNIQUE SUBMISSION > CHECK COOKIES ONLY feature on your form.
To disable this, navigate to SETTINGS > FORM SETTINGS > click the SHOW MORE OPTIONS button > then change the UNIQUE SUBMISSION to NO CHECK.
