Dynamically change option list

Hi, is there a way to change options select list in several different forms dynamically from a single source, without having to go to each form to make changes.

i.e linked to a cloud based spreadsheet, etc etc.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. You will have to edit the options separately in each form. 

As a possible workaround, you can change the options in one form and then copy that field to your other forms, using Field Manager app - http://fieldmanager.jotform.io/
