your system can`t save cyrillic file names

if i upload 2 such files with same extension (.doc) I lost one of them! This is extremely unacceptable

This issue might be caused by the browser version. Can you please tell us what is the browser you were using while trying to upload both files in the Cyrillic language?

Also, I would suggest you to to embed your form using the iframe method, then try to upload the files with cyrillic names again and let us know if you still need assistance

Unfortunately, Multiple Upload tool does not accept files that have no latin characters in their names.

    тест.txt - will be skipped

    тест-something.txt - will be uploaded as _something.txt

Single Upload tool does not skip any files.

тест.txt - will be uploaded as _.txt

    тест-something.txt - will be uploaded as _something.txt

You may recommend your users to use latin file names, and/or use Single Upload elements on your form.

I have also created a ticket about this problem and forwarded it to our Development Team.

As soon as we have any updates on this, we will let you know.

    Тест.txt will be uploaded.
    But

    Тест.txt
    +
    Файл.txt

Only last one (файл.txt) will be uploaded

If these files will have names like _(1).txt and _(2).txt it will be ok

We do not currently accept cyrillic characters in the file names because of system related reasons. There is no plan to change this at this time.
