While the forum is great for technical issues, submitting account and contact information via a public forum is obviously not the best approach. Are there any plans for contacting support via a PM system for at least the paying customers?

We do have a current method of allowing the users to choose to make a post private.
In fact, the support staff can decide to make a post private if the nature of the information that we require to troubleshoot may be of a sensitive nature.
Feel free to use this private feature whenever you would like to share sensitive information or simply request it from the support staff. We'll be glad to help you protect your privacy!
