Confused about Payment Submissions Limit

    Hello. This is George with Florida Striders Track Club (fstc).

    We have had jotform for years. We have typically had 5 to 10 submissions per month, with no problems. I thought we were operating with the free version, but maybe I was in error.

    Only recently I saw the message about reaching the limit on monthly payment submissions, of 10. So last week I did the upgrade to Bronze, thinking that would meet our needs. Now you are enforcing a limit of 10 submissions per month. Is this correct?

    We are a non profit organization with a limited budget. Do we have to upgrade to the level above Bronze, to continue to use jotform successfully? Please clarify.

    Yes, we have recently introduced the new payment submission limits wherein the Bronze Plan is limited to 10 payment submissions per month. I understand that you are non-profit account so I have reset your current number of payments. You should be able to receive ten more payments for this month.

    Note that we also offer a discount for non-profit accounts. It's 50% less from the original prices. You can apply on this link:

    Upon submitting your application, allow us up to 24 hrs for the approval. Once you get approved, you should get an email like this:

    Clicking the see "See Discounted Pricing Plans" button will take you to the discounted prices. If you cannot see the discounted rates, you will need to clear your cookies for Jotform before reaccessing the page.
